We had an amazing time at Polar Aurora Cabins Villa. the owner picked us up and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the cabins were beautifully crafted and had a modern design. the living room was spacious and perfect for families, and the cabinetry had stunning hand-carved animal images. the sauna was a highlight, and we loved rolling in the snow after each session. the ice fishing tour was fantastic, and the guide even cooked the fish we caught. the surroundings were breathtaking, and we enjoyed long walks in the quiet and peaceful area. it was a unique and memorable experience. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

loved the cabin, well-equipped kitchen, perfect location near Saariselkä and Kiilopää, helpful hosts made us feel welcome and arranged a cake for a birthday celebration.
Beds were small and attic narrow.

The cozy cabin had all the essential amenities and a warm atmosphere. Mika, our tour guide, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience on the night safari. Jaana, the host, was patient and helpful with all our questions. We could enjoy the sauna anytime as it belonged to our booked cabin. Being picked up by the friendly owner himself and having a local perspective made our stay even more special. The ice fishing tour was amazing, with a homemade lunch and the opportunity to enjoy the vast and beautiful lake Inari all to ourselves.
Felt like royalty, Mika and Jaana made sure nothing was too much trouble.

Cabin in the woods, sauna, kitchen. Perfect hosts, pickups, transfers. Amazing dinner and local stories. Cozy, well-equipped cabins. "Home Away From Home" experience. Beautiful, loved, cared for cabin. Close to village. Sauna with snow experience. Remote, great views, Aurora, walk to resort. Fabulous hosts, husky safari, reindeer farm, snowmobile, Lappish dinner. Calm, silence, worlds away.
Nothing, except maybe having to step outside to get to the sauna. Hahaha.

The cabins at Polar Aurora are cozy and inviting, with a traditional Finnish sauna and a fireplace to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. As an adventure traveler, I absolutely loved the rustic feel of the kelo-wood log houses and the opportunity to experience a private sauna session after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.
The only downside for me was that the kitchen in the apartment I stayed in was a bit small. But hey, I'm not much of a cook anyway, so it didn't bother me much.

We had a pleasant stay in a cozy and rustic cabin, nestled in a lovely location with a small river nearby. The porch allowed us to enjoy breakfast with a view, and the fire pit was a perfect spot to relax at night. The cabin had all the necessary amenities, and the private sauna outside was a delightful bonus.
The narrow and potentially dangerous stairs going upstairs were a slight inconvenience.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in a traditional handmade cabin. the location was excellent, right along the river, which offered beautiful and scenic views. the cabin was well-equipped with modern amenities and had a cozy and rustic feel to it. the highlight was definitely the sauna, which was spacious and relaxing. We also appreciated the pick-up service provided by the owner, which made our arrival hassle-free. it was an amazing stay and we enjoyed the local feel of the cabin.
One minor issue we encountered was that the front door lock was difficult to open when it was applied. the host had communicated this issue to us beforehand, so we were aware of it.
